Proposals
Our vision for Woodford Halse
Bloor Homes is pleased to bring forward plans for a much-needed new medical centre alongside up to 300 new homes on Land south of Byfield Road, Woodford Halse.
40% of the homes onsite will be affordable housing, helping local people find secure, long-term homes and enable young people to stay in the area where they grew up and get onto the property ladder. In addition to these new homes, we will also be providing an Early Years facility, improving local footpaths and cycleways, and creating a nature-rich woodland area for everyone to enjoy.

Byfield Medical Centre
Providing an excellent level of care for the community
The Byfield Medical Centre faces an uncertain future in the short to medium term. The need for a new facility is critical and enabling the practice to relocate will not only improve the capacity for patients but enable them to continue the excellent level of care for new and existing patients of the practice.
